Learners need a minimum of twenty-two credits, achieved in a balanced selection of subject areas, to gain the ITIL Expert Certificate. You start off with the ITIL Foundation and then select from either the capability stream or the lifecycle stream.
Although the ITIL training courses in the Capability and Lifecycle streams have different focus, there are similarities in some of the ITIL training courses. Therefore it is strongly recommended that the qualifications you choose are complementary to any qualifications you currently hold, and will help you to achieve a balanced ITIL knowledge base, in addition to gaining sufficient credits to achieve the ITIL Expert Certificate.
If you are considering implementing Service Management into your organisation and are looking at ways to engage your staff, gain buy-in from managament, or spread the concepts of service management to a wider audience, then our Service Management Simulation Game is a fun way to do it. It is a workshop that encourages participation throughout and energises your staff as they implement simulated business IT systems.
